Commercial Collection Fee Rates
Our fees are entirely contingent based on only on the amount actually collected. In many cases our collection attorneys are able to add the cost of collection to accounts and work to have your debtors pay our fee to allow the entire principal amount owed to be returned directly to you. There is never a fee for pre-litigation collections unless we are successful.
Fee rates are based on the size and age of the debt to be placed with us. While the below rates are not set in stone given that volume of placements and customer relationship may change them, they are a guide to our average fee rates.
